Refund Policy

1:1 Consultation (₹99)

The ₹99 consultation fee reserves a private 45-minute session with Dr Kashish. Once paid, it is not refundable, including if you decide not to attend or cancel after booking.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your call, reply to your booking confirmation email at least 24 hours in advance and we'll help you find another slot.

The Trinity Shift Program

Refund terms for the full Program are communicated separately at the time of enrollment, since they depend on the specific package and payment plan agreed with our team.

Payment issues

If a payment was deducted from your account but not confirmed on our Site, reply to your Razorpay receipt email with your payment reference and we'll verify it with Razorpay and resolve it within a reasonable time.
